Igbo Fonts

Igbo is a Nigerian language spoken by the Igbo people. It is a tonal language with a rich oral tradition and has a number of dialects. Igbo orthography refers to the rules and conventions used for writing Igbo with the Latin alphabet. The letters Q, X, and V are not used in standard Igbo orthography. In addition to the standard letters, the Igbo writing system also includes several diacritical marks, which are used to indicate tonal differences in the language.

Igbo orthography can be challenging for those who are not familiar with the language, as the same sequence of letters can be pronounced differently depending on the tone in which they are spoken. It is important for those learning Igbo to pay careful attention to the correct pronunciation of words in order to avoid misunderstandings.
